 General:
Some products have additional shipping charges. These additional charges will not be calculated in the shipping section of the on-line ordering form.  Any box over 3 cubic feet ships at the higher of dimensional weight (DIM Weight) or actual weight.  Other UPS fees and surcharges apply for boxes over 60 inches and DIM weight or actual weight over 70 pounds.
Such items include (but not limited to):  carriages, carriage parts, carriage covers, hats and helmets, hat cans and boxes, harness, wedges, whip case w/whip in excess of 86 inches long, cones, arenas, picnic baskets, umbrella baskets, harness and saddle racks, measuring wheels, lamps and lamp cases, and other bulky items where the volume of the box exceeds 3 cubic feet.   Please contact us for shipping quote for these types of items.
*In some cases we use the USPS.

Whips:
Whips are no longer considered oversized by UPS, and shipping costs are according to the rate chart above.  However, UPS imposes a $6 surcharge for any box  longer than 60 inches.  This $6 fee is noted where applicable for whips and whip cases.  Only one $6 fee per overlength box will actually be charged.
International Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are not calculated in the shipping section of the on-line order form.   International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duty, taxes, etc. charged by their country.  Please contact us for shipping quote.
Optional Shipping Methods: As an alternative to UPS Ground shipping service, orders may be shipped UPS 1-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day Air.   Please contact us for shipping quote.
